Just Us Girls Challenge #67

Hello my friends.  I'm here to share my Just Us Girls Challenge #67 project...quickly!  I'm whipped from this week, so I'm taking shortcuts tonight :]  LOL  I'll try to update the lacking details tomorrow.  Long story short, our awesome Guest Designer, Carla Suto selected a fresh, spring-y palette for us this week.  Check it out:

Gorgeous, huh?  Here's my take on the challenge:

CAS...much more so than I originally hoped, but I started my card LATE and couldn't find the right mojo to make it work like I envisioned.  I still think it's pretty, so I won't trash it :]  LOL  The pearl flourish is from Zva Creative, sentiment is from Verve - Believe, the top flowers are primas, and the ribbon is MS.  See the tidbit of baker's twine?!  That's from my friend, Tammy!  Isn't she sweet?!  I created the burnt edge flower using aqua, satin ribbon from Walmart.
The Tag for my sentiment is from the MTME Simple Seedling cut file, embossing folder is Sizzix, and the paper is MTME Fresh Fabric Collection 3.

My layout was inspired by the Card Positioning Systems sketch (CPS200).  Check it out:

Okay, I'm about to fall asleep, so I'll add my photos and update this in the am.  Have a fab weekend!  Don't forget to swing by our talented DTs' blogs:

Your mojo is just fine Kristin!!! Even if you're tired and it's late, you still make this beauty!!! The flourish and roses are just GORGEOUS! The burnt edge flower is so perfect - gotta get more fabric to make more of those!!! Love the sweet little pins too! I really love those pins but I'm so afraid of putting them on cards - I can so totally see me stabbing myself!!! Yep, I'm that clumsy sometimes :) Great job!!!
