Wow...I woke up today feeling a little under the weather. Very stuffy head that is making me groggy...but I managed to focus long enough to stamp :O) The first card I made was for Lauren Meader's sketch challenge (mytimess22). It did NOT turn out good. Even my daughter didn't like it! LOL So, I'm not sharing it now, but I'll give it another try tomorrow (hopefully). If you're up for the challenge, swing by her blog and check out the sketch! Maybe you'll be more successful than I was :]
This is the second card I made. The colors are from this week's Color Throwdown challenge (CTD27): Real Red, Brocade Blue, and Basic Black. I really like this color combo :] I also used it on the first card that had a sailing theme, and the colors worked well together (I think I had the colors in the wrong places which threw me off). Either way, it's a very versatile combination.
I CASEd a card from my upline, Rosie Simpkins (no blog, sorry). Her colors were different (more monochromatic), she used different stamps, and the layout is similar but not exact. I basically wanted to try making the woven heart. It was HARD getting the papers to weave together! I was surprised about that. But, it worked out well enough in the end. Hope you like it :O)

I'll post the supplies in my SCS gallery tomorrow. I need some zzzzzz's right now!
