Birthday Appreciation

My co-workers were so sweet yesterday! They celebrated my birthday by ordering Chevys Tex-Mex for lunch (the Farmer's Market Quesadilla is the BEST), bringing in a Cheesecake Factory assortment, the rich, chocolate cake from Costco, a huge, singing birthday card, and a beautiful bracelet and earrings set! They really made me feel special :] I sure am going to miss them when I change jobs in two weeks. They are easily the best group I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Our group dynamics couldn't have been intentionally matched up better. Even when the job was at it's most stressful point, I had my co-workers to look forward to working with. Ahh...great memories to cherish, and I won't be far away, so not all is lost.

After the wonderful celebration they pulled off, I had to whip up a quick thank you card for them! This is what I came up with. It's my first card that is made primarily with rub-on transfers. The only thing I stamped was the sentiment. I like the simplicity yet understated elegance of this one :]

Supplies are listed in my SCS gallery.

Have a great week!

I love your colors Kristin! Have you been to Paper Craft Planet? You have to go it is a hoppin place for stampers and crafters! I joined a month ago when it was Card of the week.com, and there were 400 members, now they gave it a whole new look and we each have our own home page and you can add all your friends and now there are almost 3,000 members! If you join add me to your friends list. The site is like Face Book for Stampers!
